Lunge = step out bending back knee and step back together.  Repeat other foot.  Knees in sit up = sit with knees bent, legs parallel to the floor, hands behind back. Extend knees as you lean back bending elbows.  Come back to starting position.  Yoga =I use 10 min segments from Exercise TV.  You can get them from On Demand, ITunes and exercisetv.com.  The 10 min segments are easy and quick! Many people have already registered and some classes are full or nearing capacity.  Since our enrollment has continued to grow, I try to adjust the schedule as necessary to add classes in areas that are needed.  At this time, I can not anticipate adding any more classes, but if the schedule fills up, I will be adding a few more classes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We have added some very popular classes during the last year.  One of the classes with the greatest response is our Boys Martial Arts and Gymnastics with Ben.  The boys really love this class, as they get to flip around and use basic martial arts drills.  We also have a boys tap/hip hop class for boys 7-11 years old.  This summer we had so many boys sign up for Musical Theatre, we decided to do excerpts from Oliver...there are 7 boys and only 2 girls!  Other classes that deserve special mention are the Adaptive Classes for children with special needs and our entire roster of adult classes.  We even have an adult ballet class in the morning for those of you who like to work out early!  If you have questions about any of these classes, please let me know.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As always, you may register right online.  All that is due at this time is the $25 registration fee which holds your space in class.  We give every registered student a t-shirt for their registration fee.  We have a limit on how many students we will enroll for each class.  Once you pay your registration fee, you are locked into a class and a wait list will be started once capacity is reached. Each performance is COMPLETELY child friendly, lasting just under an hour and no intermission.  The featured selections are princess related, but we have SEVERAL princes involved, too.  We try our best to get creative with our princess selections, using Disney princesses, classical ballet princesses, and even some ANIMALS (this is my favorite piece!!)  There is dancing and singing throughout the show and our performers range in age from 7-15.  This is a highly entertaining production and it is a very inexpensive activity to do with your children this weekend...indoors in the air conditioning.  Plus, you will be giving them a little bit of culture by exposing them to the arts.
